Life coaching is a holistic process.
Sometimes, we judge ourselves harshly in only one dimension; how we look, how clever we are, or how many friends we have. If we think of ourselves as diamonds; multi-faceted and able to sparkle when held up to the light, we can learn to appreciate ourselves as a whole made up of many sides. We start with the ‘Wheel of Life’, so you can appreciate that even when one part of your life is not going so brilliantly, there are so many other aspects of it that you shine in…and there’s always room for improvement! From there, we can determine the direction of our coaching process.
